Un air trop sec peut entra\u00eener des g\u00eanes respiratoires, une sensation de gorge s\u00e8che ou une peau irrit\u00e9e. \u00c0 l\u2019inverse, un air trop humide favorise l\u2019apparition de moisissures, d\u2019acariens et de mauvaises odeurs.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"759\" data-end=\"991\">Pour maintenir un taux d\u2019humidit\u00e9 id\u00e9al, g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement compris entre 40 % et 60 %, il est indispensable de mesurer pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment l\u2019hygrom\u00e9trie et d\u2019agir lorsque cela est n\u00e9cessaire. Contrairement \u00e0 un simple hygrom\u00e8tre, qui se contente d\u2019indiquer le niveau d\u2019humidit\u00e9, l\u2019hygrostat agit directement sur un appareil connect\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p
